We are on NE 18th Street in Edgewater, a few minutes from Downtown Miami, Midtown, Brickell, and the Design District. Free parking on site, and both the entrance and the parking are wheelchair accessible.
What to include when you get in touch
To give you an accurate price and the right amount of time, it helps to know:
- Your dog's breed and size: XS under 6 lb, Small 7 to 18 lb, Medium 19 to 30 lb, Large 31 to 49 lb, XL 50 to 70 lb, XXL over 70 lb
- Coat type, and whether there is any matting
- When they were last groomed
- What you have in mind: a bath, a full haircut, or a specific style
- Anything we should know about how they handle grooming, for example anxiety, age, or a medical condition
- Your preferred groomer, if you have one
- Your preferred day and time, or whether you need same-day grooming
- A current rabies vaccination record, which is required before grooming

Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking ahead, and full grooms, especially for large dogs, require an appointment. Nail trims and other quick services are welcome as walk-ins when there’s space.
How far in advance should I book?
We often have room on short notice, because we have a full team of groomers working throughout the week. We still recommend booking an appointment so your dog is ready when you expect them. For same-day grooming, call us at 9:00 AM when we open.
Do you take walk-ins?
It depends on the day and our schedule. Nail trims and other quick services are welcome as walk-ins whenever there’s space. Full grooms need an appointment, and we may not be able to take them as walk-ins. Please call ahead to check availability.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to be understanding the first time. If a late cancellation or missed appointment happens again, future appointments will need to be paid in advance to reserve your spot. See everything to know before you book.
