Most dogs do best on a 4 to 6 week schedule. Long haired and curly coated breeds like Poodles and Doodles often need every 4 weeks to stay ahead of matting. Short coated dogs can usually go 6 to 8 weeks between visits.
Most grooms run 2 to 3 hours depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the services booked. Because we groom one dog at a time, we text you as soon as yours is ready.

Walk-ins depend on the day and the schedule. Nail trims and other quick services are welcome whenever there’s space. For same-day grooming, call us at 9:00 AM when we open. We assess the coat at drop off. Light matting can often be brushed out safely with our dematting service. If the mats are tight against the skin, brushing them out would be painful, so we recommend a shave down and talk it through with you before we start.
Yes. Our stylists specialize in one on one grooming and geriatric grooming. Senior dogs get breaks and extra support, and nervous dogs get a slower pace. Let us know at booking so we can plan the right amount of time.

A current rabies vaccination is required for every dog before grooming. Please send or bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination record before the appointment.
Please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected things happen, so we’re happy to be flexible the first time. If a late cancellation or missed appointment happens again, future appointments will need to be paid in advance to reserve your spot. Thank you for helping us keep the schedule fair for every dog.
