One dog at a time
We only take one dog per time slot, so the schedule fills quickly. Evenings and weekends go first.
Before you book
Vaccinations
A current rabies vaccination is required for every dog before grooming. Please send or bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination record before the appointment.
Cancellations
Please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to be understanding the first time. If a late cancellation or missed appointment happens again, future appointments will need to be paid in advance to reserve your spot.
Running late
If you’re running late, call or message us as soon as you can. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a walk-in, depending on our availability that day.
Matted coats
If the mats are tight against the skin, brushing them out would be painful. In that case, we’ll recommend a shave-down and talk it through with you before we start. We won’t put a dog through pain for a haircut.
How long it takes
Most grooms take 2 to 3 hours, depending on your dog’s size and coat condition. We’ll call or text as soon as they’re ready. Free WiFi and free parking are available if you’d like to wait.

We are on NE 18th Street in Edgewater, a few minutes from Downtown Miami, Midtown, Brickell, and the Design District. Free parking on site, and both the entrance and the parking are wheelchair accessible.
Booking questions
How soon can I get an appointment?
We often have room on short notice, because we have a full team of groomers working throughout the week. We still recommend booking ahead so your dog is ready when you expect them. For same-day grooming, call us at 9:00 AM when we open.
Can I request a specific groomer?
Yes. You’re always welcome to request a specific groomer when you book. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, based on their availability.
What if I'm running late?
Call or message us as soon as you can. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a walk-in, depending on that day’s availability. This helps us stay on schedule for the appointments that follow.
Do you take walk-ins?
It depends on the day and our schedule. Nail trims and other quick services are welcome as walk-ins whenever there’s space. Full grooms, especially for large dogs, need an appointment, and we may not be able to take them as walk-ins. Please call ahead to check availability.
What if I'm not sure which service my dog needs?
Luxury Bath Service includes a wash, blow-dry, brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, and nail grind. Full Groom Service includes all of that plus a full haircut. Call or text us your dog’s breed and coat condition, and we’ll recommend the right one.
